The other day in the bar “Rovesnik” in Moscow there was a private screening of the first series of the drama “Black Spring” by Sergei Taramaev and Lyubov Lvova. The series was presented by directors Sergey Taramaev and Lyubov Lvova, producer and showrunner of the project Irina Sosnovaya, producer Ruben Dishdishyan, actors Anastasia Krasovskaya, Artem Koshman, Alexander Yatsenko, Daniil Vorobyov, Ivan Mulin, Valentin Antsiferov, Ivan Lavrukhin, Oleg Chugunov.
Star guests came to support the team: Pavel Tabakov, Sofia Lebedeva, Kristina Kucherenko, Karina Alexandrova, Maxim Saprykin, Anton Artemyev, singer Lina Li and others.
In September, Black Spring premiered at the New Season Online Cinema Festival. The first episode is already available in the START online cinema, new episodes will be released every week on Wednesdays.


The plot revolves around 17-year-old Mel, who lives with his friends in a small seaside town. Ordinary life changes dramatically when they get a pair of dueling pistols: with their help, Mel decides to defend the honor of his best friend Angela, whom he has been in love with since childhood. Having revived an old and dangerous tradition, teenagers create a closed club “Black Spring”, which exists according to the laws of justice and honor. Each new fight becomes a test for them, in which they more and more recognize themselves, friends and family secrets. The series also starred Nikolai Fomenko, Sergei Gilev, Alexander Yatsenko, Anatoly Bely, Artem Tkachenko.
This show ended the joint project of the “Rovesnik” bar and START – Creative Camp, where one could not only watch new teenage series from the START YOUNG line, but also hear about how they are created, firsthand – from scriptwriters, showrunners, producers and even marketing. The premiere of the dramatic and driving “Black Spring”, which was attended by the main young stars of Russian cinema, was the perfect ending to a rich 3-month program.
