The song is the first in the event’s history to have parts in English, Arabic and Spanish
Only two days left until the opening of World Cup 2022π§π· On the eve of the start of the tournament, FIFA announced the official song of the event this Friday. The work features rapper Nicki Minaj alongside Maluma and Myriam Fares, an Arab artist, and bears the name “Tukoh Taka”.
The song’s lyrics are about the gathering of fans across the planet. Additionally, the opera is the first in the event’s history to feature parts in English, Arabic and Spanish. In reference to the tournament headquarters, the clip takes place in a desert and features dancers with great choreography.
The song was not the first to be released for the official FIFA event. Previously, the football organization had released the song “Hayya Hayya (Better Together)”, which featured Trinidadian artists Cardona, Davido and Aisha, in a mix of R&B and reggae beats.
Despite the two jobs, it wasn’t easy to mobilize artists from the music industry to participate in the event. Big names in the industry like Shakiraπ§π· Rod Stewart And Dua Lipadenied participation in the Qatar Cup.
