The new Galaxy A14 5G variant comes with the 2020 Dimension 700 processor which appears in the benchmark with 4GB RAM and Android 13 out of the box
Just days after appearing in performance analysis tools showcasing its Exynos 1380 chip, successor to the Exynos 1280, new information now indicates that the SAMSUNG can present the Galaxy A14 5G in another version for different markets adopting chipsets from MediaTek🇧🇷

While the version with the Samsung processor is identified by the model number SM-A146B, the newly discovered version with the Dimensity 700 chip from MediaTek has the code SM-A146P.
The device was listed on Geekbench 5 and scores significantly lower than the model with Exynos 1380, with 522 points (versus 770) in the test single core and 1710 points (against 2141) in the test multicore🇧🇷 The device keeps 4GB of RAM and Android 13 from the factory.

While little is known about the Exynos 1380, as the chip hasn’t been unveiled yet and rumors only indicate that the processor will have a CPU with at least two high-performance ARM Cortex-A cores, Mali-series GPUs, and support for sub- 5G 6 and mmWave.
On the other hand, the Dimension 700 chip is already an old acquaintance. Announced in late 2020the processor has an octa-core CPU up to 2.2GHz, ARM Mali-G57 GPU, 5G sub-6 and support for 90Hz displays with Full HD resolution.
More details regarding the Galaxy A14 5G in its two editions should emerge in the coming weeks, as Samsung is already preparing to launch several mid-range and low-cost smartphones for the market in early 2023.
