OR Audit office of the city of São Paulo (TCM-SP) unanimously decided this Wednesday (30) that the resolution approved by the city Hall which establishes a period of 25 working days for the analysis of offers does not apply to the court and will ignore it. According to the organization’s president, J.Giovanni Antonio da Silva Philo, the measure, which had the support of the mayor’s administration Ricardo Nunes (MDB), is unconstitutional.
“The intention of the São Paulo legislator to regulate the work of this Court of Auditors does not find support in the national legal system,” he said in the decision. The town hall attributes the delay in the works to TCM-SP.
