The soccer king undergoes treatment for cancer and is hospitalized in São Paulo

The soccer king has been hospitalized in the Albert Einstein hospital in Sao Paulo since Tuesday 29. The former player is being treated for colon cancer. In a post on social media, Pele reassured his fans and said that it is a “monthly visit” to continue his treatment.
According to the medical bulletin released this Friday, Pele had a respiratory infection. However, the hospital says that his health has evolved satisfactorily and that he is in a normal room.
The former player should remain hospitalized in the coming days to continue treatment. Pele was diagnosed with colon cancer in September last year.
