“I don’t particularly like this situation, but I think it will only happen in 2023,” Viegas said in an interview with RAI. “In 2024, Valentino’s team will switch from Ducati to Yamaha. This is just an idea for now, nothing has been confirmed, but I’m spreading the word,” he continued.

“In two years we will have six Ducatis and four Yamahas,” he warned.
