Florence Pew is in talks to play Princess Irulan in Dennis Villeneuve’s Dune 2.

According to Hollywood ReporterIt is said that Florence Pew (Midsomar, Black Widow) is in talks to join the sequel to Dennis Villeneuve’s sci-fi movie, Dune.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that she currently plays three major roles: Emperor Shaddam IV, the ruler who sent the Atreides family to Ararakis, Fayed Rauta, Baron Harkonen’s insidious nephew, and Princess Yurlan, the emperor’s daughter.

Florence Pug was approaching the role of a princess. It was Virginia Madsen who played the role in David Lynch’s film.
Recall that in a recent interview, Robert Pattinson admitted that he would not mind playing Dunn in the sequel and the ruthless Faye Rauta that Sting played in the 1984 film would fit him like a glove.

The script for Dune 2 is still being written and according to the American magazine, Florence Pug will wait for the latest version to give her consent.

Filming for this sequel is set to begin this summer and will be released in October 2023. Florence Pooh is currently on the set of Christopher Nolan Oppenheimer and plans to play Madonna in a biographical film, which will be directed by the singer herself.
