Star Wars: The opening scene of the Obi-Wan TV series has reportedly leaked

The long-awaited Star Wars series is regularly at the center of rumors about Obi-Wan Kenobi. The most recent is its opening scene, which takes place during the 66th commandment.

Last week we learned that Qui-gon Jin (played by Liam Neeson in the prelude) could return to the screen in Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi, and today we are talking about the opening scene of the series.

Web page MakingStarWars.net Indeed, it is reported that we heard about the screenplay where the first plans for the show were released, which will certainly see the return of Evan McGregor in the skin of the famous Jedi master, but also Hayden Christensen in the skin of Darth Vader! The series unfolds in retaliation for the Sites ten years after their clash, when Obi-Wan watches a young Luca tattoo.

According to an American media source, the first scene of the show would show the Temple of the Jedi seen in the prelude, which was attacked by clones. The two young Padavans are then protected by their masters, who die as a result of the attack, while their apprentices manage to save themselves and escape the massacre.

The sequence that would have been the case at the time of the 66th Order was the destruction of the Order of the Jedi at the end of the Clone Wars. The Purge, narrated in Episode III, was recently the focus of Boba Fett’s book scene. But a source from MakingStarWars.net claims that the images in question are not Grog’s flashback, which does not appear to be in the sequence of this opening.

It remains to be seen who the two survivors of the massacre will be. Famous characters for fans of the expanded Star Wars universe or its animated series, such as Kanan Jarrus (appeared in Star Wars Rebels, The Clone Wars, and The Bad Batch) or Cal Kestis (seen in the video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order), or original creations? To find out for sure, see you next May 25th at Disney +!
