The Golden Globes, one of the world’s top film and television awards, has revealed the nominees for the 2023 ceremony, with a large number of nominations for productions coming from streaming platforms such as Netflix and HBO Max.
Increasingly, the numbers of television productions favor streaming. Of the 65 nominations available for TV categories at this year’s Golden Globes, 46 were for original series on streaming platforms. Meanwhile, only 19 nominations were for original TV channel productions.
