JustForYou, the beautytech of personalized hair cosmetics, has just strengthened its advisory board with a renowned executive. Carlos Moyses, corporate vice president of iFoodcomes to strengthen the startup’s expansion strategy for the B2B market.
As evidenced by Only for you In a statement, the new board member will bring to the table his experiences in different scenarios of exponential growth, market building, brand positioning, merger strategies, team formation and development, operations, logistics, technology and business areas.
“THE Only for you fills an extremely valuable market gap, which is the personalization of health and wellness products. I have no doubts about the potential of this market and our ability to scale in this segment. I’m very excited,” says Carlos Moyses.
For the CEO of Only for youCaio de Santi, Carlos will be instrumental in the B2B strategy, for which the startup, in addition to producing and marketing its own products, will also produce shampoos and cosmetics for other companies, in white label format.
The company already has some customers in this new portfolio, including realizewhich offers smart treatment for herpes control, and the Curl Laban American company focused on customizing Afro hair products.
“We are moving beyond D2C (direct to consumer), benefiting from the fact that we are one of the few custom cosmetics companies with vertical operations, i.e. running the entire operation in-house. Founded in 2018, the Only for you develops high-performance products adapted to the characteristics, routines and desires of each person. Over the past three years, personalization technology has analyzed 2.5 million unique formulas.
The startup began expanding its presence in 2022 in the health and wellness segment, providing partner companies with its manipulation technology for personalized drugs and entering the genetic testing market to offer personalized products for mothers and children.
In 2021 the company reached 20 million reais in turnover and, in 2022, received a second contribution (of an undisclosed amount) from Europharmamaking the beauty technology reach a market value of more than R $ 100 million.
