The Disney + platform has reduced its plans for Andorra. Considered a five-season series, the production of New Star Wars will eventually be just three, as confirmed by Director of Photography Adriano Goldman in an interview with Brazilian television.
Expected at Disney + this year, Andorra is the fourth Star Wars live-action series to see the light of day, after The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Obi-Wan Kenobi (available May 27). This spin-off from the prequel movie Rogue One will see Mexican actor Diego Luna return to the place of the rebel mercenary Cassian Andor.
Although this has never been officially confirmed by the platform, the second season has already been mentioned by comedians Alan Tudick (who would return as Droid K-2S0) and Stellan Skarsgდrd (whose role is unknown).
