The director and screenwriter of the film “To the touch” is debutant Anton Muss, a graduate of Sarik Andreasyan’s film school. The plot was inspired by well-known works on the theme of survival: “The Outcast” by Robert Zemeckis, “Buried Alive” by Rodrigo Cortez and “127 Hours” by Danny Boyle. By the way, all the dangerous stunts in the film, the leading actor Dmitry Nagiyev performed on his own: the actor fell from rocks and trees, swam in icy water, fought with a bear. The shooting of the project took place in the Moscow and Tver regions in the summer of 2022.
In addition to Nagiyev, they also played in the tape Vladislav Tsenev (“End of the World”), Mikhail Gorevoy (“Life on Call”), Mikhail Evlanov (“Heart of Parma”) and Daria Voinovskaya (“Girls with Makarov”).
The plot of “To the Touch” tells about Victor who has fled to a secluded country house and loses his sight due to a hunting accident. After that, the hero will have to survive in the wild forest and confront his own fears and loneliness.
