A new report suggests that Apple may finally be following some of the tech trends. After much resistance, it is possible that the company is preparing the first one macbook with touch screen. The novelty would arrive in 2025, but only for the version Pros of the device. Thus, apple would join so many other brands that have embraced touchscreen in their notebooks.
Following the likes of Dell and Samsung, Apple may be actively working on producing touchscreens for its top-of-the-line notebook. This is what the information from Bloomberg They are saying.
The change in the traditional display model could come in 2025, which would lead the company to replace the LCD technology with OLED on the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro screens. According to the report, Apple engineers are “quite busy” with the project, while the brand is “seriously considering” the introduction of touchscreens in its machines.
For many years, the company’s leadership opposed the idea. They felt that Apple computers didn’t need it, always directing public interest towards the iPad. Steve Jobs himself in 2010 considered the touch screen in notebooks something “ergonomically terrible.”
However, if Bloomberg’s reports are correct, the mindset shift could be a major milestone for the iPhone developer.

In addition to information about the touchscreen coming to the MacBook Pro, there are reports that Apple is planning to take over production of its smartwatch displays and smartphone.

However, that’s not all that Apple would develop internally. There are reports that it wants to make a single chip that contains Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and modem capabilities. As a result, the American company will no longer depend on Qualcomm for future iPhones.
The new generation of AirPods is expected to arrive in 2024
Finally, a report by 9toMac indicates that the brand wants to put a new generation of AirPods in stores in late 2024 and early 2025. They would be cheaper than the originals, costing around US$99, and would receive the name “AirPods Lite”.
The same article suggests a second model, which would be called “AirPods Max”, but no other details were disclosed.
