The São Paulo Football Federation (FPF) has revealed the details of Santos’ clash in the third stage of the São Paulo Cup 2023. Coach Orlando Ribeiro’s team will face Bahia this Sunday (15), at 10:30, at Bruno José Daniel in Sant’Andrea.
In the first stage, Meninos da Vila beat São Raimundo-RR 3-1 and Falcon-SE 2-0, but lost to Santo André 3-0 in Group 26, and faced EC São Bernardo in the second stage .
This Friday (13th), Peixe beat the ABC Paulista club 2-1, with goals from left-back Kevyson and top scorer Deivid.
For this phase of the competition, Alvinegro Praiano is expecting the return of defender Derick. On the other hand, defender Jair Cunha is also out of any competition, and should only return at the end of the year.
Number 6 sustained a serious injury to the anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in his right knee.
