Last year violent night mixed a not so joyous Old Saint Nick (David Harbour’s Santa Claus) with a Die Hard / Home Alone situation where a wealthy family has been taken hostage. Fists, balls and Christmas decorations flew and the result was pure Chrimbo mayhem. The film was successful enough to warrant talk of a sequel, director Tommy Wirkola said the casing that plans come true.
Saying they’re busy doing business and talking about the idea, Wirkola warned it won’t happen right away, for good reason.
