The 17-year-old teenager, suspected of having participated in the murders of 10 people from the same family in the Federal District (DF), was arrested again by the Civil Police this Saturday, the 28th. was in flagrante delicto and because there was no search and seizure warrant against him.
However, in the early hours of Wednesday 25, the police authority of the Police Department for Children and Adolescents (DCA I) had already pronounced, based on Article 174 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA), for the temporary hospitalization of the adolescent due to the social gravity of the facts.
The warrant was issued by the District Court for Children and Youth (VIJDF) and was seized again this Saturday morning. The questore, with attributions in DCA I, accused the adolescent of the practice of infractions similar to the crimes of:
• Extortion by kidnapping with limitation of liberty and consequent death of the victims Marcos Antônio Lopes de Oliveira, Renata Juliene Belchior and Gabriela Belchior De Oliveira;
• Concealment of the body of the victim Marcos Antônio Lopes de Oliveira;
• Armed criminal association with those responsible for the massacre.
In the first statement, the teenager confessed to the military police that he had received R$2,000 from other suspects to “help commit the crime”. She also claimed to be in the prison where the victims were taken before being killed.
The Civil Police, in addition to arresting the young man, arrested five suspects for the crime. They are: Gideon Batista de Menezes, Horácio Carlos Ferreira Barbosa, Fabrício Silva Canhedo, Carlomam dos Santos Nogueira and Carlos Henrique Alves da Silva.
