Juve lose against Monza in Italian; Sassuolo beat Milan

Playing at home, Juventus were defeated 2-0 by Monza this Sunday (29th) at San Siro, in a match valid for the 20th day of the Italian Championship.

The away team secured victory in the first half, with goals from Patrick Ciurria, in the 18th minute, and Dany Mota, in the 39th minute.

With the victory, Monza overtook Velha Senhora in the standings, moving to 11th place, with 25 points, and placing Juve in 12th place, with 23.

In the other match, Sassuolo beat Milan 5-2. In the initial phase, Defrel, Frattesi, Berardi and Laurienté gave the guests the lead, while Giroud discounted for the hosts.

In the second half, the Brazilian Matheus Henrique widens for Sassuolo, and Origi reduces for Milan. With the score, the Rossoneri keep 38 points and have lost the chance to regain second place in Serie A.

Leaders Napoli, meanwhile, are 12 points clear and could widen the gap by facing Roma today. .
