  • 1 cup (coffee) of skimmed milk

  • 1 tablespoon of chia
  • 4 tablespoons of diced ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of low-fat natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons of muesli
  • 3 spoons of honey

Method of preparation:

  1. In a medium glass saucepan with a lid, combine the milk, oats and chias.
  2. Immediately after, cap and refrigerate for 12 hours.
