75-year-old artist admitted to Albert Einstein hospital in ‘delicate health’
A singer Rita LeeThe 75-year-old, diagnosed with lung cancer in 2021, was admitted to the Albert Einstein Israelite hospital in Sao Paulo earlier this Friday 24. According to initial information, her state of health is said to be ‘extremely delicate’ .
Rita Lee’s family even celebrated the singer’s lung cancer remission last year. “My mother’s recovery moved me beyond belief… Best news ever. She kept her head up, willing to fight and went through it all with her usual good humor, even nicknamed the tumor ‘Jair’. This is Rita,” wrote her son Beto Lee.
A Rita Lee’s latest post on Instagram it was five days ago. The singer posted an image of painted nails during the Carnival. “In the mood for a revelry,” he wrote in the caption.
