Simon AND Simaria experienced a controversial separation in the musical partnershipbut this was not the main challenge in the life of the nuns: they still struggle to give their father a proper burial, Senhor Antônio, who died 28 years ago and is buried as a pauper.
Born in Uibaí, a city in Bahia located 7 hours from Salvador, Simone and Simaria, very young, moved to Juina, a mining region located in Mato Grosso. “We had nothing.
