Doja Cat’s last album was Planet Her (2021), which featured a mix of pop and rap
One of the main attractions of Lollapalooza Brazil 2022, doja cat went to Twitter last Saturday, the 8th, to give some news about the next studio album, successor to the acclaimed Planet Her (2021), and took the opportunity to vent.
On the social network, it all started when the singer published a screenshot with three songs, called “Wet Vagina,” BALUT” It is “NOW HILLS.” She then started responding to followers and also vented. “No more pop,” she said. She also revealed how the lyrics will have a lot of profanity.

Some time later, the singer began to vent on the twitter and said: “I also agree with everyone who said that most of my rap verses are average and cheesy. I know they are. I wasn’t trying to prove anything, I just enjoy making music, but I’m tired of hearing you say that I can’t, so I will.”
Then, one netizen spoke of how she hopes “these comments aren’t the only thing that got you into just rapping… if popping and rapping is what you’re into, you shouldn’t stop just because of them.” In response, doja cat assured how this is her sole and exclusive decision:
Pop is no longer exciting for me. I don’t want to do this anymore.
