Infinity Repeating (Demo 2013) was recorded ten years ago, during the sessions of Random access memoryto the Conway Recording StudiosIn Los Angeles and not Electric Lady StudiosIn New York. The track was created earlier Instant crushanother collaboration certified as platinum from the RIAAof the double between Daft Punk AND Julian Casablancaswhich became a fan favorite on the original album.
nicknamed “last Daft Punk song ever”, Infinity Repeating (Demo 2013) it has a dreamy, ethereal, jazzy vibe.
Casablanca says the track is “A slightly weirder and more modern jazz, chord-wise, than the others on the record. It builds like a pattern – it’s a cycle of four semitones that goes up again and again. I wanted Stevie Wonder to sing. In somehow, he has summery vibes too… he’s adorable and quirky, like a human AND like a human, obblinded by infinity and constantly making the same mistakes and moves”.
