sampaio explained that the expectation regarding his father’s reaction to making such a revelation was nobody’s guess, but that he “I was sure of her love.”
“I had no idea what was going to happen. I didn’t think what was going to happen was going to happen”explained Peter Sampaio. “He reacted like a blow, he took a blow because he didn’t expect it. However, I understood that, in the conversations I had with him, because it is important to talk, it is important to make the person think, but you always talk about it. In the conversation with him, I realized that the main point was the company! Like, which company and others (they will think). I understand that he talked about the company in his personal sphere, people he knows, and I saw that he was a little traumatized by what will be the next news, because these are things that I have no control over.”
Peter Sampaio she came out as bisexual during her debut show at the festival Lollapalooza Brazil 2023.
“I’m in a very sunny, positive, great time in my career. So, doing this whole movement of coming out as bisexual in Lollapalooza is very strong. It’s indisputable and it’s powerful because of it. I did it that way, because it’s on stage . that I feel more comfortable, free and myself, without constraints. It’s an artistic way of doing it”he concluded.
