Apologies for performing at Rock in Rio
In September, after presenting the Rock in RioAxl Rose has apologized for being “a little down in the dumps”.
“I want to apologize for being a little sick, glad it’s not covid. I’ve been trying to hide my cough,” he wrote, who also thanked fans and Rock in Rio. “An incredible audience,” he concluded.
I want to apologize for being a little understated, thankful not for the Covid. I tried to keep my cough between the lines.
I love you.
Thanks to the fans and Rock in Rio for everything and what a fucking great crowd.

The tweet provoked numerous reactions, from fans who said they didn’t need to apologize to those who pointed out the show’s problems – such as the lineup with few classics.
