Carly Rae Jepsen releases new album ‘The Loveliest Time’

It was the loneliest of times and the loveliest of times – at least, according to Carly Rae Jepsen. The singer announced this Thursday, July 7, her next project, The Loveliest Timethe follow-up to their 2022 studio album, The Loneliest Time.

I met loneliness and discovered its beauty. The loneliest moment taught me that growth comes from being planted in darkness. But now the world has opened up again, and in turn, so have we. It’s time to celebrate and for all the lessons we’ve learned to explode into joyful action. […] It is the complete set of a body of work that has taught me so much about love and loneliness and about myself.”

the post of Jepsen did not include an exact release date for The Loveliest Time., despite the singer mentioning that in a month the album “will be all yours”.

The singer’s last musical project The Loneliest Time (2022), peaked at number 19 on the Billboard 200 and became her fourth top 40 album on the chart. In The Loneliest Timetheir most introspective work to date, the album expands on the emotionally potent songwriting and euphoric, poetic sound that Jepsen already presented in previous works.
