Globoplay launches “Xuxaverso” with an innovative NFT bidding experience

Simultaneously with the arrival of the documentary series Xuxa, The documentary this Thursday (13), at Globoplay, the platform broadens the audience engagement experience with the presenter. The project marks the debut of Xuxa, who has become a pop phenomenon over more than four decades of her career, in network 3.0.

You 60 years of history of Xuxa will be represented in 60 NFTs – English acronym of Non-fungible token – which retrace salient elements of the presenter’s career, reliving the fond memory of fans.

Developed in collaboration with Xuxathe NFTs will be divided into six collections, each with 10 digital arts: “This is completely new to me and I love bringing everything from my world to life in Xuxaverse, with brand new stickers, like spaceship, boquinha… A new way to keep me even closer to people”to celebrate Xuxa.

The collections promote a walk through the collection and history, contemplating the goods of the Xou da Xuxathe relationship with the little ones, the international success of the presenter, the looks, the participation in countless programs available on Global gamein addition to pieces bearing the personalized signature of Xuxa.

As if all this collection of collectibles weren’t enough, the Xuxadverse will get a digital environment to call their own: there, collectors will be able to collect all their digital stickers in an album created especially for the action.

Overall the 60 NFTs will be divided into three categories of rarities: gold, platinum and diamond. The most valuable digital stickers are in the diamond category, which includes a unique and face-to-face experience with Xuxaincluding the ability to take photos with the presenter.

“The project expands the audience’s connection with its story, told in a detailed, complete and unprecedented way in the Globoplay original series ‘Xuxa, O Documentário’. The immersion in the 80s and 90s, provided by the doc, takes us also to a very strong emotional spirit of the time: collectibles. Sticker albums, stationery, stamps. The habit of collecting was a striking characteristic of these generations. Accustomed to dragging thousands of fans wherever she goes since the 80s, Xuxa has experienced firsthand the transition from the analog world to the digital one, closely seeing the transformation in the relationship of engagement and interaction with fans. Several generations of her have followed and continue to have a loving relationship with her, who is one of the greatest Brazilian pop icons of all time. If before her, her followers literally followed her closely in her shows, tours and recordings, today the relationship acquires dimensions and networks in an unprecedented way in the trajectory of Xuxa.

The distribution of trading cards begins this Friday (14th) in parallel with the arrival of the series Xuxa: the documentary for Globoplay. This first wave of NFTs involves the distribution of a free NFT to Globoplay subscribers.

The other stickers of the first batch can be purchased at the official store of Xuxadverse by day July 20th. The other lots will be available every 15 days.
