doja cat has increasingly been placed against the fans themselves. This time, the singer wrote in since-deleted tweets: “My fans can’t call themselves shit. If you call yourself ‘Kitten’ or ‘Fucking Kittenz’, that means you have to get off your cell phone, get a job and help your parents at home.”
The artist made reference to the name of her own fanbase, and netizens countered by saying that ‘Kittenz’ was how she named her fans. Others questioned what they should call themselves. “Just delete your entire account and rethink everything, it’s never too late,” doja snapped.
The offenses did not stop there, as the owner of the hit “Say So” disliked when a user asked her to say she loves her fans, on Threads: “I don’t because I don’t even know you.” Right away, doja cat deactivated the profile.
