Exactly one year after the last show in the country, Demi Lovato returns for a unique performance at The Town, doubling her bet on rock’n’roll aesthetics
In August 2022, Demi Lovato revealed to the world his most rock face until then, with the album Holy Fvck. And Brazil was one of the first places to see the singer’s honest show up close, which dispensed with the pyrotechnics to prioritize the heavy sound of her all-female band. Now, she returns to the country exactly one year after her passage for a unique presentation at The Town 2023.

What will Demi Lovato’s concert at The Town look like?
This is the 11th time that Demi Lovato visits Brazil, a country that accompanied the artist through her various eras: from disney actpassing through pop, until arriving at the rock incarnation that it currently assumes.

Since closing the Holy Fvck Tour, in November 2022, Demi has been presenting a show with other career moments. The most recent album still occupies most of the setlist, with an average of four tracks in each presentation, but the singer also made room for hits from previous albums, such as Confident, don’tForget, Tell Me You Love Meand even UnbrokenIt is demi in smaller proportion.
Lovato also announced a new project, REVAMPED, in which he will have to re-record his pop hits in the rock style he has been betting on. Scheduled for release on September 15th, the tracks should appear in these versions at The Town’s presentation – nothing so new for fans, who already check out Demi’s heaviest experiments for songs like “Sorry Not Sorry”, “Cool For The Summer” It is “Heart Attack” since the era Holy Fvck.

Last tour?
Still in 2022, Demi Lovato scared fans by posting on social media that Holy Fvck Tour it would be his last. In the publication, made in September, the singer wrote that she was “very bad” and that she could not get out of bed. “This tour will be my last. I love and appreciate you.” The post, however, was deleted minutes later – below is a reproduction of the fanpage:

The scare was even worse for those who remembered another occasion: in 2018, the singer already had to cancel another tour, the Tell Me You Love Me Tour, after an overdose. In a recent interview, she admitted that she still suffers from hearing loss and vision problems due to the occasion.
The Town
The Town takes place on the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 9th and 10th of September at the Interlagos Racetrack in São Paulo. The event will feature presentations by several artists, both national and international, divided into the five stages Skyline, The One, Factory, New Dance Order and São Paulo Square.
