Taylor Swift reportedly skipped performing on the Super Bowl Halftime Show
O super bowl is one of the most important events for the United States because it is the NFL final. Even for those who don’t understand or like American football, the game is also known for its halftime shows. Even so, Taylor Swift would have refused the proposal, according to the Hits Daily Double.
“Taylor Swift, which would be the logical choice given the very successful year it reportedly denied. We don’t know if this is a move by Swift Nation HQ and the singer wants a big check from the NFL rather than shouldering the high cost of setting up the show,” says the site. “Wouldn’t be the first time, of course — other artists had to pay big sums to set up the show. A source confirmed to daily mail: “Rumours that the chances of lizzo being part of the halftime show, or singing the anthem, are dead now that she’s surrounded by scandal”.
