To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of ‘Dookie’, Green Day will launch a box set with unreleased tracks; the band released demos this Thursday
green Day announced a reissue of the third studio album to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the release of Dookie (1994). With new title, Dookie (30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) will be available on vinyl — limited version with six discs —; quad CD; and digitally. This Thursday, the 17th, the band released demos and gave a taste of what we can expect from the new release. Listen:
The reissue will also feature songs that were left out of the Dookie. In addition, there will be live recordings of Live At Woodstock (1994) It’s from Live In Barcelona (1994). For those who add the LPs and CDs to the collection: the boxes will also be filled with bags to collect dog poop, posters, postcards, among several other items.
Dookie (30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) will be available on September 29th and can be pre-ordered now.
