Ozzy Osbourne is ‘heartbroken’ for not being able to play at the American festival PowerTrip. The event, which takes place from October 6th to 8th in Indio, California, would mark the veteran singer’s return to the stage after the cancellation, last February, of his European tour due to chronic problems that affect his mobility.
