The band will perform in Recife, Rio de Janeiro and Belém
After a legendary show at a festival in São Paulo, the Planet Hemp continues with their tour for the new album heading to Recife, where they will perform at the Wehoo Festival, on September 16th, then embark for Rio de Janeiro, for a show at Fundição Progresso, the city’s culture and art center, on the 28th. October, and finally the band arrives in Belém, at the Se Rasgum Festival, on November 18th.
In the next shows, the Planet Hemp promises to mix the band’s old hits with the new album, titled “GARDENERS” launched at the end of 2022, and this year it gained a new version, “GARDENERS: THE HARVEST”, both are available on all music streams through Som Livre, the album has 20 tracks, and the new version contains another four new songs.
Among the new tracks is “NEVER BE AFRAID” which includes the participation of Posdnuos – former member of the rap trio “From the Soul”, the production was also signed in partnership with Tropkillaz, Nave and Mario Caldato. The track brings touches of samba groove and the lyrics portray the importance of never giving up, the song also makes quotes and tributes to great names in rap such as Sabotage, and other important black figures, Zumbi dos Palmares, Mussum and Mestre Jorge.
Other tracks on the album are: “TO SEE THE COLORS OF THE WORLD”, “ONDA FORTE” and “STILL”, that get new remixes and new verses from other artists, in addition to these, the tracks “LET’S NOT GIVE UP”, “NOBODY HOLDS US” and “SALVE KALUNGA”, are also part of the album, previously released in July, they are part of the complete tracklist of the new album.
