Thirty Seconds to Mars reveals ‘optimism’ in new album, says Jared Leto

Even though he doesn’t have any plans in place, the musician declared that he is excited to come to Brazil. “Sooner or later, I think we will have plans about Brazil, but I can’t say anything yet,” he pondered.
