In the lyrics of the song, Stallion says: “They keep saying I should ask for help / But I don’t even know what I need / They keep saying: Speak your truth / And at the same time they say they don’t believe it, man / Give me permission to expose the my feelings for a second / Normally I keep it a secret, but today I need to say it.”
