In 2008, Travis Barker and DJ AM survived a plane crash in the United States

In another post, barker added: “Also, in the last week, I’ve had Covid, an episode of trigeminal neuralgia and had a root canal. This means I can handle whatever God sends my way pretty well.”

The accident
In 2008, on September 19, the group was traveling from Columbia to Los Angeles in a private plane, when they experienced an emergency during takeoff. Further investigation revealed that the tires had burst, which led the pilot to abort the flight. The aircraft skidded for a long distance and was engulfed in flames.
