In the most challenging project of his career, Projota mixes rap with other genres to sing an audiovisual story with a beginning, middle and end. Your album Someone had to talk about love tells the beginning of a passion, its dilemmas and its crises.
To give to spoilers of the new work, the singer has made the unreleased version available Things in lifesingle in collaboration with rap singer Budah, which arrived on digital platforms via Universal Music last Friday (29th).

The song is the second track on the album and tells of the beginning of a couple’s enchantment, as he sings: “I’m going to give myself to you again / If it’s not in this one / It will be in another life / I’m dying to feel you / I don’t know how to live without you / I can’t see a way out.”
Unlike previous projects, Someone had to talk about love revolves around a single story. “Before, all my albums consisted of songs with different themes, from romantic songs to songs of a sociopolitical nature. But now, the entire album revolves around this audiovisual story and forms the soundtrack of this project. I am very happy to to be able to do something new, after many years of career. The songs are beautiful and very well produced”, reveals the artist.
Budahthe rapper born in the rhyming circles of Espírito Santo, began her career in 2017 and quickly won the hearts of the public, accumulating more than two million monthly listeners on Spotify. “I was very happy when I was invited. I have been listening to Projota for years and have always been a fan of his work! To know that today he follows my path and chose me to be part of something so big – that he is releasing an album – It makes me extremely happy. And not only for this, but also for my work. I feel like I’m on the right path,” says the artist.
