Cher talked about what it’s like to maintain a relationship with someone 40 years younger. Alexander Edwards, 37 years old, doesn’t always understand what the singer is talking about, for example. The difference in generations, however, is not an obstacle for the romance to happen: “I hate talking about how happy I am, but no, we had a lot of fun,” he said Cher in an interview with Extra (via People).
“We can talk about music. We can talk about everything. He has a great sense of humor, he has the cutest son in the world,” he added. The first rumors about the couple emerged in November 2022. The executive position at Universal may have helped bring the artists closer together, but it does not mean that they share the same references.
