To date, Elton John has not revealed the title or release date of his upcoming studio collaboration with Bernie Taupin.
Currently retired from the stage, Elton John continues with his work in the studios and revealed how he finished producing a studio album with Bernie Taupina longtime friend and collaborator of the legendary singer, responsible for hits like “Rocket Man,” “Your Song” It is “I’m Still Standing.”
It is worth remembering how Taupin was inaugurated at the ceremony of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2023 after 60 years of collaboration with John. In a speech at Barclays Center last Friday, the 3rd, the singer celebrated his friendship and professional relationship.
“Our success story is what it is, you all know… over the years we’ve grown and we’ve grown and we’ve grown,” he stated (via Rolling Stone USA). “We’ve climbed mountains we never thought were possible to climb, and we’ve climbed heights we never thought were possible to climb. And in all this time, we’ve never had an argument.”
He was disgusted by my behavior, yes that is a fact. But to this day we continue to grow as a partnership.
