Spotify study ranked the singer’s five most listened to songs
It’s a good time to be a Swiftie and Brazilian, as the fan base of Taylor Swift. The singer will do her first show in the country this Friday (17), at the Nilton Santos Olympic Stadium, popularly known as Engenhão, in Rio de Janeiro, where he also performs on Saturday (18) and Sunday (19) and then heads to São Paulo, at Allianz Park, on the 24th, 25th and 26th of November.
In an exclusive survey for The globeO Spotify listed which are the biggest hits of Taylor on the streaming platform, in addition to ranking which countries create the most playlists by the singer – in which Brazil appears in third place. In 2023 alone, there were 437 thousand, with a peak in July.
According to data provided by the Spotify on the launch day of 1989 (Taylor’s Version), the singer had more than 13 million streams in Brazil. On the same day, there were more than 259 million global streams on the platform.

The Eras Tour in Brazil
Taylor Swift will perform six shows in Brazil starting this week: on the 17th, 18th and 19th of November, the singer will perform at the Nilton Santos Olympic Stadium, popularly known as Engenhão, in Rio de Janeiro, and on the 24th, 25th and 26th of November at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo.
Sabrina Carpenter – which was the attraction of MITA Festival 2023 – will be the special guest of Taylor Swift for the opening of the shows The Eras Tour in Brazil.
The last and only passage of Taylor Swift in Brazil was in 2012. The artist performed a 35-minute show, which was attended by a thousand fans and the press, to promote the track “Long Live” with Paula Fernandesin Rio de Janeiro.
In 2020, Taylor had shows scheduled in Brazil with the tour Lover Fest, but was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
