The singer published a new note on her Instagram profile announcing the decision:
I’m writing from my dressing room at the stadium. The decision was made to postpone tonight’s show due to the extreme temperatures in Rio. The safety and well-being of my fans, stage colleagues and crew has always come and will always come first.

The postponement occurs one day after the death of Ana Clara Benevides, just 23 years old, who passed away after falling ill at the show this Friday, the 17th, at the Nilton Santos Stadium, Engenhão. Since then, authorities, the show’s producer and the artist herself have spoken out, promoting changes for the next performances.
