Spotify 2023 Retrospective: See the main rankings in Brazil and the world

After so much waiting, we have arrived at one of the most anticipated moments of the year, the Spotify released Wrapped. In addition to having access to our most listened to music playlists, the platform also released national and global rankings, based on what was listened to by more than 574 million users.

The Retrospective also comes with news for Spotify users. In addition to everything we have seen in other years, new features will be made available. This is the case of Me in 2023which summarizes the audition for the year 2023. “The experience reveals one of the 12 personas that best describes the way you used the Spotify this year – some examples are: Mutante (your favorite artist changes all the time); Alchemist (you create your own playlists, more than anyone else); Raio de Sol (I like music radiates the light that exists in you. Fun and lively songs are the ones that play most on your headphones),” explains the platform’s statement.

My little musical world shows the places where there are users with similar musical habits as each listener. The already known lists have also been redesigned. The Top 5 most listened to musical genres will appear in sandwich format and the Top 5 Artists will allow you to see in which months each one was listened to most. In Brazil, the ranking of most listened to artists was dominated by country music.
