“I didn’t realize that people didn’t know,” the singer said
Billie Eilish revealed that he feels physical attraction to women in an interview with Variety in November. This Saturday, 2, the singer commented on the repercussions of her statement.
At an event for the same magazine, the artist said she was surprised by the public’s reaction. “I thought, ‘Wasn’t it obvious’? I didn’t realize people didn’t know. I just don’t really believe it,” she said.
“I just think, ‘Why can’t we just exist’? I’ve been doing this for a long time and I haven’t talked about it,” he explained. In the November interview, Billie said:
“I’ve never felt like I can connect very well with girls. I love them so much. I love them as people. I’m attracted to them as people. I’m really attracted to them (…) I feel physically attracted to them . But I’m also very intimidated by them, by their beauty and their presence.”
