We want it! The Festival begins selling tickets for the 2024 edition

The fifth edition of We want it! Festival There is already a date for this to happen: April 13, 2024 TO Gloria Marinato the River. Ticket sales began last Tuesday (12th) and limited promotional tickets were made available on the Eventim website. The full list of attractions, which always includes international names, will be published in January.

The solidarity ticket includes a 50% discount on the purchase of the entire ticket, upon delivery of 1kg of non-perishable food at the entrance to the event. The method is a partnership with Gastromotiva and, in two years, it has collected around 12 tons of food, destined for an initiative that uses gastronomy as a tool for social transformation and the fight against waste.

Recognized for organizing events that aim for excellence in curation and above all in the audience experience, Quero! has a 13-year history of promoting shows that go beyond the obvious and focus on new programming. Throughout 2023, the event hosted performances by artists such as Erykah Badu, Cymande, Yazmin Lacey, Snarky Puppy, Masego, Kaytranada and FKJ in the cities of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre, packing houses wherever they went. past.

Last year, with 12 hours of uninterrupted music, Marisa Monte, Rachel Reis, Rico Dalasam, MC Poze do Rodo, Liniker, Russo Passapusso and Antônio Carlos & Jocafi, Flora Matos, Zé Ibarra performed on the two stages set up in Marina from Glória, Batekoo and DJ Tamy, as well as the English Cymande and Yazmin Lacey.

As Pedro Seiler, one of the creators of the festival, explains, the lineup is composed as if it were a playlist: “It starts sunnier and becomes livelier, more danceable, until late at night. We define our attractions in this order, to conclude with a party at dawn”, he says, also underlining that he has in mind the environmental impact generated by large festivals and that, therefore, Quero! operates with the fundamental objective of carrying out important sustainability actions.
