The band Melim performed the last show in São Paulo before the announced interruption of the program High hours in November. The presentation took place last Sunday (17) at Tokyo Navy Halland, as promised, it was an emotional and unforgettable celebration for fans who have followed the band’s journey.
In the setlist the trio brought hits from the band’s other albums, such as I heard AND My shelterbut they also cover the entire new album, Courtyard, which gives the tour its name. The show experience was accentuated with an innovative setup that speaks to the theme of the project and offers moments to get excited, dance and have fun.
Courtyard accumulates more than 20 million streams on digital platforms. The album brings the idea of a journey within oneself, with more introspective and personal songs. With 17 new songs, the album is also audiovisual, in which all the songs are accompanied by video clips, and also includes collaborations with big names in national music, such as Vitor Kley, Natiruts, Duda Beat, Emicida AND Vitao.
The tour Courtyard had its premiere at the end of April, in Belo Horizonte, and was also on tour: Recife, Natal, Fortaleza, Goiânia, Porto Alegre, Curitiba and Sao Paulo, as well as two dates in Rio de Janeiro, in a special of San Valentine. In July, Melim continued his tour in Portugal, with four shows across the country: Figueira da Foz, at BRFest; and Lisbon, Lousada and Vila Moura, between 27 and 29 July. The last performance will take place on 12/31 in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte.
