Promoted by Instituto Filhos do Guetto and presented by Samantha Schmütz, the free event starts this Tuesday (19)
Mano Brown, Your Jorge and more rap, funk, hip-hop and black music artists are the attractions of the first edition of Beatloko & Filhos do Ghetto Festivalwhich will take place between the days December 19th and 21stat the Vila Silvia Sports Centerlocated in the East Zone of São Paulo.

In partnership with the Beatloko Blockproject by DJ Cia, the event is promoted by Sons of the Ghetto Institute – entity responsible for several projects and direct actions in the community, with the purpose of helping its community through culture, sport and leisure for low-income people.
The institute is also responsible for the biggest festival in the history of conscious funk in São Paulo, Projeto no Gueto, which has brought together more than 100,000 people throughout its 5 seasons on the outskirts of the capital.
The idea of the festival, in addition to bringing big names outdoors and completely free of charge, is to show that peripheral people also deserve to live this experience and expand the project throughout Brazil – DJ Company
The artistic part of Beatloko & Filhos do Ghetto Festival is commanded by Boia Fria Productions in collaboration with Kiko Latino, from Kikonnection.
Entry to the event is free, upon donation of 1 kg of non-perishable food, the donation of which will be divided between Citizenship Action and Palestine. The organization estimates an audience of up to 30 thousand people over the 3 days.
