Anitta releases the video for “Joga pra Lua” with Pedro Sampaio and Dennis DJ

Anitta released the video for “Joga pra Lua”, a partnership with two of funk’s biggest producers, Pedro Sampaio and Dennis DJ. The funk video was recorded at night on a deserted beach (Arraial do Cabo, in Rio), and sees Anitta dancing on the sand and on a platform washed by the sea, together with the dancer Ohana Lefundes, in a provocative choreography. DJs also participate in the recording by striking striking poses.

The release is a “viewer” rather than a clip itself, which is a less developed and less complex version of a music video. This is a contained production to close out the year, starting with the display of a funk mini-opera featuring three interconnected story clips.

She herself is the creative director of the video, also directed by Bruno Shintate.

In contrast to the essential work – whose direct lighting gives the impression of having been shot in a studio -, Anitta can also be seen in a recent super production: the video for “Bellakeo”, by Peso Pluma. The reggaeton feat entered Spotify’s global Top 50 over the weekend.

Busy, Anitta is preparing the release of her new album, “Funk Generation: A Favela Love Story”, shortly after Carnival.
