Singer Marina Sena published, last Wednesday evening (20th), the remix version of Dano Sarrada. The song, which is part of her second album, Intrinsic vice, brings an attractive pop in piseiro format, showing all the versatility of the singer. The piseiro star Japanzin he joins Marina in this version.
“Japãozin is a wonderful artist, originally from Paraíba. I was very happy when he sent me this version of ‘Dano Sarrada’, I was fascinated by it, so we followed him for this collaboration. I grew up listening to the forró, dancing the forró in the countryside, I miss all the days in the countryside. Listening to this version of Japaozin brings to mind a fond memory of my childhood and adolescence and I want to bring it to my audience”says Marina Sena.
The song arrived on the platforms accompanied by a music video directed by Caio Vieira, with the creative direction of Vito Soares. The video features Marina and Japanzin dancing in front of a wall of sound parked on the ground, referencing regional festivals in the north, north-east of Brazil and even within Minas.
“I was very happy to do the remix of ‘Dano Sarrada’. I hope that all Marina Sena fans and mine enjoy this new version of the song and that, this summer of 2024, we can have a lot of fun and take the sound from the guys. There will be forró, there will be piseiro, there will be a lot of joy”Japanzin shares.
In this version Marina once again embraces the piseiro as a possibility to read her music.
