Billboard, the oldest American music publication, highlighted singer Ludmilla in an article on the top ten Latin artists emerging in 2023. According to the text, the list highlights artists who have achieved significant positions in the charts and/or created a noise impossible to ignore outside its borders.
Ludmilla is the only Brazilian on the list, which also includes Villano Antillano, Peso Pluma, Yng Lvcas, Rels B, Young Miko, Gabito Ballesteros, Kenia Os, Chino Pacas and Joaquina, all of whom sing hits in Spanish.
2023 belonged to Ludmilla
Ludmilla’s career reached important international milestones in 2023. She participated and sang in the soundtrack of the American blockbuster “Fast and Furious 10”, one of the highest-grossing films of 2023, and wrote a song in the soundtrack of the new version of “A Cor Púrpura” (still unreleased in Brazil) and broke out on the continent with the song “No_Se_Ve.mp3” in collaboration with Argentina’s Emilia.
The singer also had an excellent performance in Brazil, where she filled stadiums with the repertoire of the “Numanice” pagoda and performed a much appreciated show at The Town festival.
To round out the year, he also met his muse Beyoncé.
Without stopping, he has already announced a new megastructure tour for Brazilian arenas and stadiums for 2024.
