The singer and composer Milton Nascimento, 81, has been retired from the stage for over a year. However, he has never been far from his fans, with whom he usually communicates on social media, sending messages or showing part of his new routine.

On Monday morning, 1, Milton posted a message to his followers on Instagram. With a purple flower in his ear and wearing his traditional hat, Bituca, as he likes to be called, said:

“Hello everyone. Happy New Year! Another year together. Love! A kiss for you!”

Bituca’s votes were reciprocated by anonymous and famous people. Names like Chico Cesar, Kell Smith, Celso Fonseca and Guinga left messages for the singer in the comments.
