Singer Nathan announced last Monday (1) that he will put his career on hold to take care of his health. She took to Instagram to make a statement and explain her departure from the stage.

“I arrived with a perfectly good voice and 30 minutes into the show my voice completely disappeared. I couldn’t sing”He said.
On some occasions, the singer even lost his voice during shows. “It’s very painful for a singer to want to sing, express himself on stage in such a happy moment, and not be able to sing. I left a very sad show and couldn’t do the other one,” declared.
Nathan commented on the effort of performing at the New Year’s Eve in Copacabana:
“It was a dream for me, ever since I was a kid. I asked God and I was able to do an hour-long show. When I got out [do palco] my voice went completely hoarse. My dream is to bring my music, my culture, my Northeast abroad and this was a great opportunity. I couldn’t stop trying,” finished.
She thanked her fans for their support and reassured them by promising to share her treatment routine on social media.
